Membership & Registration
1. Who can sign up?
Sorento Master Club encourages both individuals and companies who are involved in the interior design field to sign up as members of this club.
2. Why should I join this club?
This membership allows you to enjoy exclusive offers and designer pieces from around the globe.
3. What are the benefits as a member and what do I get in return?

4. Are there any charges for signing up as a member on Sorento Master Club?
Members that sign up from now till 31st December 2021 will not have to pay anything. A membership fee of RM500.00 per year will be charged from 1st January 2022. Members can opt out at no additional charge if they choose to opt out.
5. How do I sign up?
Users can sign up as an individual member or as a company under the ‘Login/Register’ tab. For individual membership registration, users will have to fill in the necessary details and attach a picture of their business card as well as provide a digital signature. After which, users will be prompted to read and agree to the membership terms and conditions.
Step 1: Select ‘Individual Registration’
Step 2: Fill in the necessary details, attached name card and provide digital signature.
Step 3: Read and agree the membership terms & conditions and click register.
For company membership registration, users will have to fill in the necessary details and attach a picture of the company’s SSM certificate as well as provide a digital signature. After which, users will be prompted to read and agree to the membership terms and conditions.

Step 3 : Read and agree the membership terms and conditions.
Once users have completed their membership application, they will receive an email notifying them that their application has been received. Sorento Master Club will then review the application and send another email informing users on the status of their application.
6. What is the difference between individual registration and company registration?
With individual registration, members will be able to the details of the products such as the product specification, price and stock level but will not be able to proceed for purchase any items.
With a company membership, members will be able to view all details of the product as well as placing purchase order through the online platform.
7. Can I pass my membership to friends/ colleagues?
No, your membership is not transferrable to another person. Sorento Master Club is meant to be an exclusive club for professional designers.
If you have a friend or colleague within the same industry that is interested, he/she will be able to register themselves on the website.
8. Can I terminate my membership at any time?
Yes, you can terminate your membership at any time at no additional charges. Members will simply have to email to Sorento Master Club at membership@sorentomasterclub.com.my with the word ‘CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION’ in the email’s subject line.
9. What type of products are listed on the website that have the 50% discount?
All the products listed on Sorento Master Club has this discount rate. The price listed on the site is already discounted (you must create an account first to be able to view the price)
10. Who are the affiliated partners that Sorento Master Club is working with that will be able to provide us with additional discounts?
Currently Sorento Master Club has partnered with Infinity to produce the Sorento X Infinity Collection. We are also in discussion with several other partners in the industry to provide more options in terms of products as well as exclusive designer pieces. Further details will be announced on the website.
11. When and how are the ID-Developer Networking Programmes organized?
Sorento Master Club will have access to key Vacant Possession (VP)/Key-Handover events organized by developers for their new homeowners, where Sorento will be able to offer promotional spots for interior designers.
This provides access for interior designers and firms to a large database of new homeowners that are potentially looking to renovate their newly acquired unit. Further details will be announced to members through email.
12. What type of Exclusive Product Series will Sorento Master Club be making available to its members?
Sorento Master Club will be periodically releasing Exclusive Product Series/Designer Picks items that will only be made available to members of the Sorento Master Club in the near future. Further details will be announced on the website.
13. Will Sorento Master Club be sending its members promotional & marketing materials?
Yes, Sorento Master Club will be sending members promotional and marketing materials related to Sorento master Club periodically. Members will be able to opt out from receiving such materials by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ option.

14. How do I make an order on the Sorento Master Club website?
Step 1: Log in to your company account.
Step 2: Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
Step 3: Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or proceed to billing and shipment section at the bottom part.
Step 4 : You'll need to fill in and confirm your billing details, shipping details, shipment method, notes, read and agree on the terms of use for transaction on the page.
Step 5 : Click “Place Order” to complete the order.
15. Is there a minimum purchase or minimum quantity order for items purchased on Sorento Master Club?
No, there is no minimum quantity order for items listed on the website. Members are free to purchase any number of items they require.

16. What are the payment methods available?
You are required to remit the full payment of the amount stated in the Invoice in accordance to the payment term as stated in the Invoice
After Sales Inquiry
17. Are there delivery services provided and what are the delivery charges?
Sorento Master Club provides the option for ‘Self Pick-up’ and ‘Delivery’. The charges for delivery is determined by the type of product. The rates can be found in ‘Cart’ once the items have been selected.
The delivery fee will be waived if the total amount of the items being purchased exceeds RM2,000.00.
18. Does Sorento Master Club provide delivery services to Sabah & Sarawak?
For deliveries to Sabah & Sarawak, members will have to get in touch with the customer service team at customerservice@sorentomasterclub.com.my or +6018-290 1766 (WhatsApp) for further arrangements.
19. How long will the delivery of products from Sorento Master Club take?
Sorento Master Club will deliver the purchased products within the delivery period as indicated in the Invoice.
In the case of ‘Self Pick-up’, if the member fails to take delivery of the Products, the Products shall be deemed delivered to you within thirty (30) days from the date of the Invoice.
20. What is the return and refund policy for Sorento Master Club?
Any return, refund or exchange of Products is strictly not allowed unless otherwise agreed by Beyond Bath. For products that contain defects, a written notification shall be given within three (3) days from the date of taking delivery of the Products, otherwise the member shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the Products in perfect condition.
There shall strictly be no returns and/or refunds and/or exchange for Products damaged due to shipping, improper handling by shipping/delivery agents, (e.g. Pos Malaysia) and all claims shall lie with the shipping/delivery agent.
